Gary Oldman
“I see a beautiful city and brilliant people rising from this abyss. I see the lives for which I lay down my life, peaceful, useful, prosperous and happy. I see that I hold a sanctuary in their hearts, and in the hearts of their descendants, generations hence. It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known.”
The Dark Knight Rises
The Men of the Batman Trilogy.
Seriously, how come the male actors in this trilogy are some of the most stunning (and talented) human beings in the whole world and the females are.. let’s say dull - to be kind? Were they forced bribes? A sort of Mulholland Drive “This is the girl” thing? I mean, Anne Hataway - Catwoman? Really, Chris? Really?

#36. The Brit Pack
In the late 1980s, a small group of young British actors bound to achieve success was called “the Brit pack”. The parallelism with the U.S. Brat Pack is questionable, since they weren’t seen together at parties, they were only chosen according to their outstanding features (acting skills, class, charm).
The first generation included Daniel Day-Lewis, Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Miranda Richardson, Tim Roth, Rupert Everett, Paul McGann, Spencer Leigh.

There are darknesses in life and there are lights, and you are one of the lights, the light of all lights.
