okay one thing i don’t get is that when sherlock was on the phone with john why didn’t he tell him he was faking his own death and explain the whole situation i mean i know that would be too far from the acd canon and take away so much from the plot but still why not it’s not like the assassins could hear him and that’s the flaw with the bbc reichenbach fall because his death wasn’t accidental idk i still loved it though
Because he had to kill Moriarty as well as himself, Moriarty told him (the “you are me” thing) and he got the clue eventually. And the only way to kill him was making everyone believe that he wasn’t real.
